Any merchant.
Go to Chronos, then trade your weed for his 400 ore.
After you got the ore, go back to the guy and give him his 200 ore. Then beat him up, and take your 200 ore back.
Real simple.
NEVER trade with a guy unless he's invincible. Especially in the New Camp. Just beat them up.
Rogues in the New Camp don't fight unless they have to. So just watch out for those Mercenaries. |

yes he does.
to answer the original question, you can sell it to any rogue, or mercanary in the NC, one stalk for ten ore.
i guess i have more honor then the rest of you, i never beat up merchants and take there stuff, i just trade them all the teeth, claws, skins, and wings that i get for their ore and items that i want. in my hut in the OC i have roughly 7k ore. very few merchants in the game actually have money to trade with anymore, cos i have it all...

Gaderath - good, nice, etc.
It is really stupid to beat someone and take his money, especialy when he is drunk and addicted to spirit... We should help him, not beat him .
I am playing it like you and I like it. When I kill someone just because I want his money or just because he is standing in my way and standig and standing in door that I must go trought (it was not in Gothic but in Wizardy VIII), I have bad feeling and I do not enjoy the game so much like I do when I am trying to be really good...

hehe i dont know why but in every RPG i have played my fighters are good guys and my mages are evil... i remember playing BG2, i elimiated everyone in trademeet with my mage claiming it solved thier problems, but when i did it with my kensai i was all goody goody, "lemme help! lemme help!"
honestly though, you dont really need to beat up vendors in gothic, money is ez to get, by the time you are capable of killing someone like Fisk, you have enough money where theres no point to it. |
