I opened up with 3 castings of Chaos just to piss him off. Then I just ran up one of the curved pillars and cast Levitate and floated above him. That seemed to confuse him, so I just hovered up there dropping Incinerates and Fireballs on him until he went down...took maybe 3 minutes. This would probably work with the Inut Bow too, and it would be less risky (since you don't need to worry about your levitate being eaten up by other attack spells and failing). |

The drain attacks only work if you're not aligned properly. That is to say that if you run backwards when you're facing Akbaa directly, you won't be sucked closer. So just hack away with the sword (harm spell is a goodie, too) and back up. Repeat, repeat, repeat etc. That's how I got it done, no biggie. _________________ "Ooooh, fishy fishy fishy FISH! ...And it followed me, wherever I did go..." |
