| Save King's Quest IX Site Launched |

Gamer's Hell is reporting that a site has popped up on the 'Net to begin the hard task of changing Vivendi's mind. King's Quest IX: Every Cloak Has a Silver Lining was cancelled by Vivendi Universal in late September. Since then, fans have been looking for creative ways to express their indignation. A site now exists at <a href="http://www.savekqix.org/" target="_blank">http://www.savekqix.org/</a>. There are forums with ideas and graphics asking to "Save KQIX". Pretty creative stuff. |

Maybe this is just me, but wouldn't it be easier to just drop the "King's Quest IX" from the title, alter key names in the game, and just continue the project. |

They could. But then it wouldn't be a fan-made KQIX. But if these guys have put as much work into this game as they say they have, I'm sure what you wrote will eventually happen.
