Dark brotherhood

hi, i just started playing tribunal and i've started to experience some problems allready.
for example when searching for the dark brotherhood hideout, my logbook tells me i found their hideout.
but i kill them all
go into moril manor
kill the ones inside aswell
and thats where it ends
nothing, no logentry.
so i hop over to a walkthrough where it says that i should meet the boss of the brotherhood and kill him and he has a letter on his, but he is nowhere according to the walkthrough he should be in moril manor, but he isn't
is there another moril manor (another wing?)
