Thanks again for the help man but there is just one more thing I was wondering about, which is how do I go about getting magic? In my status I have 116 mana and beside the magic heading I have magic circle 6. For some reason I cannot use magic. I drank all the mana potions I could find but I dont get a mana meter. Is there something I have to edit in the .zen file or something in the council? Thanks for anymore help you can give me. |

By the way, I dont speak german so that page you linked me to doesnt help me into figuring out how to get magic. |

You see the blue mana scale when you select and equip the scroll in the inventory.
The site is of course in German, but all the cheats are in English. |

yes I do see the blue scale when I select the scrolls but it goes away when I close the inventory. When I hold control and press up my character just shrugs. Do you know whats needed to fix this? Thanks for the help. |

I hope I remember it correctly. Played Gothic back in july.
1.open inventory
2.select scroll
3.press ctrl+up
4.You should see a number on the picture of the scroll
5.close inv.
6.press this number
7.press ctrl+up

Thanks man, it worked like a charm. This has to be the best game I have ever played. There is so much stuff you can do and the fact that you can change into a monster is friggin amazing. Man I can't wait till November 15th when its released. I'd even buy the German version if there wasnt going to be an english version. Anyways Im off to play. Thanks again for helping me. |
