Crossbows

I am at chapter 3.I am using crossbow.(55 damage).Where and when can I get a better one?(Like hunting crossbow,heavy crossbow or dragonhunter crossbow...)

I think a better crossbows will be available only at chapter 4 and later. Anyway, when the 4th chapter is triggered immediately return to onans farm and buy a better crossbow there and than continue in the old mines.

No, in chapter 3. The weapon seller on Onar's farm near Lee sells it. (forgot his name) and Bosper in Khorinis.
