quest wont complete...PLEASE help me

i did the caldera mine quest(kill 4 telvani agents) for the fighters guild but i wont complete when i get back to the guild.i never spoke to any of them as i knew who they were from a previous game,could that be the cause of my woes?somebody(on another forum) told me to spawn alveleg(he is stood guard) and speak to him about the agents to make him attack me but i need to know his name in the TES CS to enter into the console.ive never used the CS so finding him is would be more or less impossible for me.

here is something you can try:
- remove all the plugins and install the patch and start the quest from scratch,
- save your save games and uninstall morrowind, then reinstall it, dont install any patches or plugins, copy your saves in morrowind directory and try again
