Just noticed that this part of our forum hasn't seen a new post in a full 11 days ! 
Time to change this. As you may or may not know, Myrthos and I have paid a visit to Larian Studios, the developer of Divinity last weekend. There should be some sort of visit report coming up as an RPGDot feature in the very near future but if you have any questions regarding the game here's your chance to get some (almost) exclusive info beforehand

Only thing bugging me is the same thing bugging me about all the new games, when is the English version or an English demo version going to be available!?!

OK, Larian Studios are Belgian but the game was aimed at the international markets from the very beginning of development.
CDV is the publisher for a worldwide release (except the Benelux - there'll very likely be an extra Dutch version published by a local distributor).
Whether the game will be published at the same time all around the globe is a question for CDV. From past experiences with e.g. Sudden Strike and Cossacks I'd say there could be a little delay before the game is shipping in the U.S. after the European versions have been released. But then again, CDV has recently changed their distribtion partner for the U.S. No more Strategy First but a different company, the name of which I can't recall right now. Divinity is being developed in English as you can see from all of the screenshots so far. That means there won't be any delay related to localizing/translating the game.
Let's wait and see but rest assured there will definitely be an English version.
