| Innos and Beliar shrines at NOTR |
|
Hi. I was told that in NOTR you can pray an infinite number of times in the innos shrines.
And since I am a mage, I will get 1 mana point for 100 gold each time. Isn't that too powerful,
after all at the second part of the game I will have about 20,000 gold, which means I can pray
200 times, and get +200 mana, which is really a lot.
Also, it is possible to pray at the shrine of Beliar, and get 250 gold for 1 mana. Now, can I pray
endlessly at this shrine too? Because if I can, it means that I can have an unlimited amount of
mana(I will just pray at Beliars, and then twice at Innos).
Please tell me what you think. |

IMHO you have no use for a lot of mana. Same for money.

Yes, technically you can but - you can do so only once per day. Which means all the extra running from bed to shrine and back. Now if it's something you want to do, then it's OK, but in general it would be too boring action

No, no, no
As a mage you will get the following from the shrines of Innos:
* 20 times +1 mana
* +3 hitpoints per time after that.
So you will only get 20 mana, and those infinite hitpoints aren't really needed.
At the shrines of Beliar you can pray everyday for gold, but as stated above in the end you will only get hitpoints and you'll already have like 600 hitpoints.
