Shadow Ruins/ chess puzzle help needed !

Hi

Finally i made it over that acid stuff with the raising & lowering platforms.
( the useless "slow_time_spell" (or whatever) isnt that useless ...)

Now i stuck with the "chess" riddle. Maybe iam to tired to figure out the rules of this game, but the statues win all the time..... had a hard day at work...
they are four and me be all alone !

Layout

OK here is the map set up I used. Each square you step on move the corresponding statue of that color. for example, step on a blue square, the statue w/ the blue jewl moves. I'll map it out because it is easier that way. Here is the floor color layout: (as you enter room)

B Y11 B Y
R Y10 O B
B2,8 R3,9 Y4 O
B1,7 Y6 O5 R

B=blue, R=red, Y=yellow, O=orange. Each number represents the order i stepped on each square. Remember to let the peices finish moving before you move to a new square.
