| Can't use Inut's bow even with 38 of projectile skill.. |

I couldn't kill Akbaa with the ultimate weapon so I decided to load an earlier save and get Inut's bow.
Now I have it, but when I try to equip it, the voice says "I don't have the skill to use this" or something like that. And there is a text on top of the screen saying "Projectile needed 30" or so.
Well I have 38 of projectile skill. Why can't I use the bow? |

I can't help with the bow but I can tell you it is easy to kill Akbaa - very easy. All you have to do is search this board for hints. The one I liked best is to get to the highest point in the room and cast levitate- go up on the ledge to the side. Then drift over to him and shoot arrows or fireballs at him at your liesure. He doesn't attack you if you are levitated above him.

That sounds like a strange problem. Try sending your question on the first thread of this forum and see if they can help you with the bow problem. SKidden is right, there are lots of ways to kill the guy, and a regular bow will work, just takes longer. Read through the threads and you will get a lot of ideas. He isn't as bad as he wants to be.

Problem solved. It is a bug in the game. I gained a level and raised my projectile to 40 and now I was able to use the bow.
By the way, Akbaa needed less than 10 shots with Inut's bow! That's strange because I hacked that bastard for about 200 times with the ultimate sword with no results.
