When i bet for Randolf i went to him and gave him 10gp. Then i went to the tavern again and now what?? Randolf and Rukar are just standing there and drinking but no one seems to win. What about my bet??  |

You should be able to get them to start the bet, maybe they're already busy with the quest but are not drinking? Just sleep for a few days and the contest might be over.
The following is nessisary to succesfully finish that quest.

Keep in mind that you'll have to replace the gin in Rukar's chest with water. Otherwise you'll be unable to win the contest.

to do that, wait until midnight, when Rukhar goes out of the tavern, than you can open his chest and noone will bother you.

You have to sleep for 2-3 days and then try to get out of the tavern, but Orlan stops you and that's the end of the quest (don't forget to talk to Randolph and Rukhar).
