| The Experiment (Oblivion spell) |

I'm having hard time dealing with this mission. If i understabd correctly i'm supposed to pick a fight with someone at harbor and then cast oblivion spell at him. Right? Wrong! There's no way to do that. The dude always attacks giving me no chance on casting anything on him. Help? |

You can make that easier for you. Just attack Ignaz (the guy asking you to do the experiment), beat him down, empty his pockets if you like and as soon as he get's up again you cast the oblivion spell. It is a spell used after combat and not during combat. |

you can go to the tilda or some thing like that she live on the front of the tunnle where constentino lives she clames she is a poor widdo (or something like that) one hit and she is on the floor  take what she have fast and than befor she rais cast it on her she wont remember a thing...  |

From what i understand you can talk to.. Regis? someone annoyed with valentino.. and then at 4o'clock valentino is alone near some stairs or something.. womp him, loot him, cast spell, go back to regis and he gives u valentino's ring.. then go to kardiff and do sumthin there i think... ill update this if i figure it all out, lol.
