GameSpy has absolutely belted 'Restricted Area', posting a review with a score of 1/5:
If you read our most recent preview of Restricted Area, you know we were looking forward to the final build of this Diablo-style action-RPG set in a post-apocalyptic universe. After all, the opportunity to gun down hordes of mutants, collect cybernetic gear, and wander the wastelands should appeal to anyone who misses the classic Fallout and Fallout 2 role-playing games. So much for that. Master Creating's title is laden with bugs, pathfinding issues, poorly implemented multiplayer, and tedious quests and level design, making it one of the worst titles we've reviewed this year.

hmmm,

I havent played this game, nor have i read any reviews of it,
but, seeing that this review comes from gamespy i would not consider it a good review, i mean gamespy is one of the worst game sites in the web.
i dont even bother to visit gamespy for reviews of games i want to buy.

I was actually having a small bit of fun with the game until I read up about Starforce. Basically, the program acts as a virus. Even gimps your CD-ROM drive. Not my idea of fun.

So I uninstalled it and went back to playing Greyhawk:ToEE.
