I've complete all quest in chapter 2, all people are ready at the temple and I've talk to all guy, but there are still nothing happen. Can anyone please help. >.<

What you could do is do sleep until mindight, then go to the temple. They don't start without you.
When you go to the Temple you have to find the right spot in order for them to know you are there. Mill around amongst the novices.
