| Please help - Maybe broken quest. |

Hi all.
I'm doing the quest for the fighters guild, the missing people. I got the quest in cheydenhal, I went to the little village slightly to the south and spoke to the woman. She told me about the lights at the cave, so off i go.
i get to the cave, Kill the Wil-o-the wisps (Lights) and go inside. Kill all the trolls and go to the little green marker, but nothing happens. I'm standinf over all the dead bodies, at the marker, and there's nothing happening. I've searched them all, only bonemeal and mort flesh. i've danced around moved them around, but no joy. Am I being an idiot and there is something I'm not seeing, or is this quest broken?

You have to clear out all the Trolls about 8 or so.  |

Yea, I did that. Killed them all in both sections of the cavern. Even got that quest updat block that say something about "Now that I've cleared out the cave, I must search for clues..."
But when I go to the marker, nothing.
Any ideas?

Download latest patch (beta at the moment), patch it, and the hardest part, load a save you have there before you started that quest. I had same problem, because i visited that mine, before i got the quest.

Well the info that confiirms these were the people your looking for is finding the intact body Eduard Denile, in the southern tip of the Swampy Cave.
It could be a bug as Bigpapa mentioned, though I didn't experience it. |
