Recommended Morrowind Mods
   

I lost my last save with a HDD crash. Eventually I'm going to restart Morrowind. What would you say are must-have modules for a new game?

Nice list you have there(especially considering four of my mods are in it ).

I'd personally advice to add Abot's Water Life and Where Are All The Birds Going. The mods add random spawning of water creatures(from whales to sea horses), and birds respectively.

This is a very good mod for evil charecters-The armors and weapons are awesome..
