Hey something funny! (fountains!)

Wel i dont know were to post this but ama put it here lol...
I just found two fountains i dont know how it happened! lol i was just walking around The valley of mines because cant kill the stone dragon and was around here and killed these two dragon snappers and they started doing this lol i dont know lol it lok s funny.. here you go a pick lol

Hmm, near the dragonsnappers who are near the orc wall right? Are those rings permanently there?

I've seen it a few times, as I recall correctly. But it was always for only a short time, until the snappers were completely drowned.
