Can You change faces in the middle of the game?

Is there a cheat or something to change faces in the middle of the game?

i do believe ive seen a mod/cheat for that somewhere but thats like 3 months ago.. so i cant help but just to give u some hope

if you are on the PC its very simply
bring up the console
and type
player->enableracemenu
