Hey! I found it before but I canŽt remember where. Found so many caves I nearly remember the location of half of Žem!

Go to the lighthouse, follow the coastline, kill all snappers, when you reach the point where you cant walk along the coast anymore, just walk straight on. When youy have the stone circle more or les on your right hand, your there: the cave with the winch

you need molerat fat to get the winch working
you get molerat fat from the ship or from egill or ehnim in chapter 3

I have just been there, some nice bows on the ground in front of the cave.
For the first chapter that is.
