Hides His Eyes

I think I asked this before somewhere but don't remember what answer I received, if any.

What is the deal with Hides-His-Eyes, the Argonian escaped slave posing as a slave tracker? I figured out who he is but don't seem to have any dialogue options with anyone involved to resolve this plotline. How do I do it? Are there multiple ways? Are there any ways at all? And, yes, thanks very much in advance to the kid who observes that if you go into the editor you can raise all your stats to 5000 and kill the whole town, resolving the storyline that way. I thought of that already.
