| Total number of rare herbs |
|
Does anybody know a total number of Dragon Roots, King's Sorrel and Goblin Berries in original G2 ? Is there enough king's sorrels for brewing all roots and berries into permanent potions? |

There are 24 King's Sorrels in total in G2, that's all the herbs you can find and all what you can also buy from various NPC's throughout the whole game, incl. CH6. There are not as many Dragon Roots or Goblin Berries, but enough to brew plenty of each potion. Didn't never really care about those, since STR and DEX come easily anyway and can be gotten high enough without even wasting a single Sorrel to brew any of those two potions. I personally created HP and mana potions, so in the end my char had loads of HP, mana and stats were great anyway from all the "standard" means within the game

there'll be about 25-30 of each... i don't know, how many they are. i haven't counted them. sorry |

24 king´s sorrel? wasn´t it more like 13? I´m not sure, though.

~13 of them can be picked up directly on map. The rest are to be purchased from merchants. |

There's another thread about the Dragonroots on this forum. Maybe with the search button you can find it. Every location is mentioned in that thread.
As I recall correctly there were indeed something like 20-24 to be found.
King Sorrel are more rare, I don't think you'll be able to find more than 20.
Goblin Berrries, don't know. I always seem to find more than Dragonroots, or there just easier to find or something.

you can find 12 by exploring http://www.mondgesaenge.de/MGES/extra.html
the red dots are the sorrels
and goblin berries are easyer to find than dragon roots, cause black goblins might have them. |

Actually orc elites can have a dragonroot, so king's sorrel is the rarest herb ingame. |

not all orc elites have dragnroots, so i think that they are the most rare herbs |
