Need help on Chapter 2

I'm playing Russian localized verion
Joind General Lee Mersenaries
Now looking for Farmer named Seleb(sry translating from russian *)
i have to pick 50$ from him as rent payment for RichFarmer(*)
cant find the dude.
can anyone help me ?

Если ты типа Русиш-то задай вопрос по Русски,а то ни фига не понятно!!!
Go out of Lees mersenaries by road then tern right you ll see 3 or 2 houses one of them will be the farm of Selob
