2001 A Space Odyssey SYNC with Pink Floyd - Echoes

Remember how trippy looping Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon to the movie Wizard of Oz was? Well this one is even better...

Cue up the last scene of the DVD 2001: A Space Odyssey

find the scene labeled "Jupiter and Beyond the Infinite"

press play for this scene at the exact same time you press play on your cd player for track 6 of Pink Floyd's album Meddle - the song labeled Echoes

this will blow your mind!!!

This is cool because not only does the music go with the scene, both are the exact same length...the song ends right when the credits roll. Supposedly Pink Floyd was asked to do the soundtrack for this movie. They were doing soundtracks for movies in the late 60s at the time..."More" and "Obscured by Clouds"...which were great albums but horrible movies.
