| keep getting killed in goblin prison |
|
can anybody give any help on how to get through this level without getting killed? that dagger doesn't do much damage, and I've only found 2 runes, to make fire. |

Are you just starting the game? Have you been to the human city yet and seen the King? Sounds like you are trying to go wrong way. If you are just starting, go out of there, cross the brigde towards the trolls and go past them to back of cave. On you right is exit you want to take.

I went & cheated - broke the chair, and now have the means to defend myself. I have progressed a little, and can't get into the Troll, so I'll go to the exit at the stairs. Thanks for answering. At first, without that cheat, this game would have been impossible to play - keep getting killed, etc. |

I disagree. I'm wearing Ysilde armor, have the best spells in the game, and have killed a bunch of Ysilde, plus that nasty lich in the crypt, without cheating. The thing that I figured out was one, you have to let your weapon charge before striking, you can get a one shot kill. I first started, got the bone from the jail, rushed the guard, hit him a bunch of times, he killed me no prob. Re-started, charged my weapon, sneaked up on him, got a one shot kill that time. Timing, charging your weapon, and strategy will get you through.

Easy. Hold down the mouse button untill the little box at the bottom of the screen lights up compleately |
