pala armor not sure im guess ing that you probally buy it off the head paladin cant remember his name atm the dragon scales are given to either bennet or jan to make the medium dragon hunter armor and bennet to make the heavy dragon hunter armor after you get into xardas' secret library in the monastary and read the almanac then go back and tell bennet how to make better armor by coating the dragon scales with magic ore thus making the armor much stronger |

If we are talking about Armours...
I've got some minecrawler scales, I've talked to Wolf and I dont have the option to make an armour, I'm not a merc.
Do I need to be a merc or I just missed something ? (what did i miss?) |

You should first go down that ramp leading up to the castle walls. Then you go straight ahead through the river and at the orc wall you turn left and follow it until you reach a dead end (with another river being there also). Then you go up the slope (with lot's of lizards and fire lizards). There is a small plateu with the guy who tells you about the minecrawler armor and maybe even Gorn (in chapter 4) who you can take a long for a little bit clearing of way. From that guy you go up further till you reach the plateau with a lot of lizardmen. There you turn right and go down to the bridge, cross it and go up the path to the old ruin castle. Make your way through the castle and after reaching the top you will be at the home of the stone dragon. |

The crawler armor is different from the one in Gothic. You only need 10 crawler plates instead of 15 in Gothic.
Stats for Gothic crawler armor:
Weapons 80 Arrows 15 Fire 45 Magic 15
Gothic 2 crawler armor:
Weapons 55 Arrows 50 Fire 20 Magic 15 |

i got the minecrawler armor and i dont think its worth because you can get a new militia armor in the castle for 2500 gp which is better than the 5 LP for the remove minecrawlers plate, in my opinion of course ... |
