If you have the expansion you can get Neravars sword which is actually on fire.
Or you can get Almalexia's sword which has blue fire on it.

I was just fooling around the other day and made a deadric dia-katana with the enhancment of damage stregnth 50 points in 9 feet on strike, which was quite effective because after you hit your enemy with it he gets encumbered and cant move, then you can shoot at him with spells of marksman weapons at your leasure.
For a good long sword, just put, Goldbrand/Eltonbrand or Umbra in the search function at the top and I'm sure you'll find something you like.

Cool okay then. Also i'm good at trapping souls and enchat so i am going to make plenty of cool long blades.
Does anyone know where to find a daedric longsword?

There is one in the sewers of one of the cantons of vivec, I think its the St Deyln canton but I'm not sure, if it isn't in that one it will be in St Olms canton there is a shrine in the sewers and one of the enemys has the longsword, but it's quite a tough fight.
