Thanks to Gorath for pointing out that after some delays, reports of Gothic 2 Gold actually being found in US stores and Amazon customers receiving their pre-orders are starting to pop up on the 'net. |

Picked up a copy today at Circuit City for 10 bucks. I figured I would have paid that much just for The Night of the Raven. I'm happy that I finally get to play the expansion. |

EBGames has yet to recieve a shipment. They are posting 11/29. I pre-ordered from their website. What is the hold up with them? _________________ Reality: The best RPG. |

That's odd...I ordered from Gamestop and mine arrived in Sydney yesterday...just got to clear customs on Monday. I thought Gamestop and EB merged? _________________ Editor @ RPGDot |

My Amazon preorder came in on Monday.
Even though it's -10C with howling wind here I've given up the beach on FarCry. I'm not yet up to the NW coast of Jharkendar, but I think some lounging around is definently in order when I do get there. |

Am I correct in believe that the soundtrack for gothic 2 is included in the gold edition?... I've been searching for the soundtrack for what seems like a thousand years. |

No, the Gold Edition only contains G2 and the addon The Night of the Raven _________________ "Who are we to call this planet Earth, when it's clearly Ocean."

Some of the fan sites have 15 minutes of mp3s. The CD in one of the German collectorīs editions also isnīt longer. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot |

Thanks for clearing that up ... I was thinking (hoping) that there was some extended collection with the new themes from NotR and other previously uncollected stuff.
It's OK, between the older stuff and the new Gothic III clips I have ~20 minutes of so on my iPod to enjoy

Yeah, It seems the only way to get hold of the gothic 2 music is to record it out of the game directly.
Pity... I would have paid good money for a full soundtrack |
