stucked in city center (under bridge), for real

This game is a real headache. It has so much bugs. Firstly, it had no options till 1.4, goblin didnt show up on heading to sewers.
But now, i have stucked in city center under the bridge. And i can't get out of here. The last savegame was made 3hours ago so no load. That bridge is tiny over pool of water and i cant climb out. Char doesnt grab the wall to get out as he did sewers.
Is it any way to get out of that HOLE.
I tried to shoot some citizens who pass that bridge, but i have no chances to hit them and get to jail. Is it there any solution?

Finally, after 20more minutes i have found solution.
The point is that char can climb on a wall exactly under the bridge, through it without collisions.
I have spoted that could hit enemies who was on the bridge as i was under it and collect a loot, even if height between us it huge, fight uses only XY coordinates.
