Lester of the Sect camp was showing me the alchemist's location and said he'd wait for a while. I went up to the alchemists and ended up sleeping in an empty hut. The morning I went back down to ground level and Lester was still there but he is now petrified! He doesn't move or speak and he can't be harmed. Nothing gets a reaction from him. Ssving and reloading doesn't get him unstuck.

Any suggestions? I'd hate to forego any possible quests and such because Lester is gone.

Yes,

You will need lester later...hint hint..so I dont know how to help you...hope you have a previous saved version...and just catch up

That's what I did - I restored a save. Fortunately, I noticed his petrification fairly quickly.
