Dr Quest issue..again

I found the key and have done almost all of the quests in the farmlands. But after talking to the Dr, when he leaves his house, I cannot find the doorway in which to use the key. Is there another entrance, other than the original front door?

Don't those lanterns look vaguely suspicious?

I figured out the lantern thing. My problem was getting back in to the building. After reading and re-reading other posts, I figured out that you had to hold the alt key down to find the door again. This also came in handy at a later quest. Really appreciate the help, though.
