| NOTOR - Ratting out thieves!!! |

Hi, Ive just got a question about entering into the militia by ratting out the thieves.
I have locked away rengaru. Then defeated Attila. Then went into the sewers and joined the thieves. (im still intending on ratting them out though). Then, I gave Halvor his fish message, and locked him away. Then with Baltram, I gave his package to Nagur. And on the same night, locked him away.
Yet, Andre doesnt allow me to enter...what happened...what should I do?

Clean out the sewers by killing the three most important thieves, that's the only way. Those few henchmen you've caught aren't important.
In my opinion, this is the hardest way to enter the militia. You'd better just get a job in the city.
