Can't wear 2 rings and 1 amulet

I'm having a problem putting 2 rings and a amulet on. I can put 2 rings on or 1 amulet and 1 ring on at a time.

The amulet is a15+ strength, I forget the name. But I found it in a chest in the sewer of the docks

- unequip all (weapons, etc)
- equip the rings
- equip the amulet
- equip the rest
