Honest opinions who prefers which subrace in morrowind and why?
Mine is Werewolf as it is linked to the main quest and people might never find out.

well never played as ww cuz didint have the nervse to coplete the stones quest

I think if your going for items, you should be a vampire, but if you want coolness and power go with wolfman, like you said in my Coolest monsters forum, the cutscene is just awesome.

Playing as a vampire is more of a drag in MW (just like it was in Daggerfall)... it's easier to be a werewolf, which is why I prefer the wolfman.

As a werewolf you can jump higher and are much much stronger than a vampire.
As a vampire you are slightly stronger than normally and you can wear armor but you cant go in the sunshine

Never actually became a vampire, hunted them near to extincion hoping one would infect me but that never happened

You should have just stood around when you found them, then just let them chew on you for a while, you should become ein vampire

I had the impression that it was quite difficult to become infected by a vampire in vanilla Morrowind - I remember extended camping in front of the Quarra HQ - while it was quite easy once the add-ons were installed (usually the first vampire met instantly infected me). Since I installed both at the same time I can't say which one did the trick.
On the other hand, everybody else turned into a Wereboar in Daggerfall while I almost always became a Werewolf. Perhaps games just act weird for me  .

It would apear that in everyone's opinion (this shouldn't be possible) vampires both suck and blow.

I can't really be a werewolf because i'm a ninja so if i go out at night I become a big noisy murderous wolf so i'd go for vamire.
