Dark Age of Camelot - Midgard is fun :)

I moved from Guinevere/Albion to Midgard/Iseult few weeks ago and started a new toon(s) from scratch.

I've been playing Albion since the the beta2 and boy I find Midgard so much more fun. Albion looks so plain when compared to Midgard. Of course I've only played there few weeks now so I have yet to even experience everything in Midgard.

My Skald reached lv44.5 yesterday and is really fun to play when compared to my old paladin on Albion (lv44). I know they are very different classes but still. I like to play Skald much more than a pally.

Anyone else play on Iseult, if you do, say hello to Smoa Fathammer. EIther by spanking me in RvR or by just /wave:ing if you're in the same realm.

I've tried all three realms myself and, for some weird reason, I always feel more comfortable in Hibernia. I started there and know the realm best, so that might explain it. In Albion, I constantly get lost And I'm usually the one to have a very good sense of orientation in those games! I can't seem to find my bearings. Midgard I didn't play in for very long, but I found it quite a nice place.

But I always return to Hibernia. Now I play a lvl 28 Firbolg Bard on Percival - The fastest Mezzer in the realm hehe

Hibernia was just too darn happy feeling for me, I like the dreariness of Midgard. Nothing helps me savor a bad mood like a 4 hour session in Midgard, lol. I had a great time there playing a Thane, and a dwarven warrior. Midgard was cool because it just seemed more ominous, especially at night. The only thing i think is the best of all 3 realms in Albion's barrows under Stonehenge, that place rocks!

Can't argue with that! I guess I'm just happy feeling myself then

Yeah, I can't stand hibernia. The jolly happy greenish touch everywhere, woohoo. And the treehugging elfs. NOOOOO! Makes me scream every time I port from Upland to Emain to kill few elves...

Oh, hit 47 yesterday by the way

My hammer so likes to bash on the elfs The elfs go squish good

(Yeah my troll skald is a racist, kill all elfs).

I've moved from Hib (MLF and Galahad) to Albion (Guinevere) and have found that I enjoy Albion the most.
Also tried a Skald on Midgard and they're just plain fun!
But still, I like Albion better for some reason.
It just feels more nobler (sp?) or something. I like the quests and the people I meet.
Perhaps it has something to do that Guinevere is a roleplaying server and the others were not? I dunno.

But the bottom line is that you enjoy a game. And that is what I do

I played on Alb since beta2. First a smite-cleric (before it got "modern"), then a Pally, then a Inf.

I bougth the retail, and started playing in Midgard. I played a Skald, Thane, Hunter and Shadowblade.

I switched to Hibernia, and i'm currently playing a Champion (Lurikeen) and i must say it's alot more fun then his Alb equilavant: The Pally. Maybe i'll make an alt someday and start with one of them Ubermages

Btw: I'm playing on Prydwen

took way too long to level up to even try rvr in that game that i had to quit ... i bought it to do rvr and just before my first free month was up i was only level 18 i think ... some of the stuff seemed pretty cool, but the emphasis on grouping and the slow leveling was too lame for me ...
