A couple of guys and I were talking about Gothic 2. And I spoke up about it being online and saying we should get it together so we can play online with each other. Then one said he'd searched a whole lot of sites saying there was absolutely No Online buisness with this game. Please tell me it's online. I swear I thought I saw it said online somewhere...I swear |

if gothic were multiplayer. it would be neat. but in the end it would feel really short i think the reason gothic is so epic is cuz you take it literally one day at a time. if you had two people the game would just ... end 
maybe gothic 3 will have co-op

A co-op would be fun, especially if you could play the single-player campaign together. I know it would be some difficulties with the story, but think in Gothic I, a mercenary, a mage and a templar raiding the mine together!

Man, lost the bet. That sucks, I thought it would be pretty fun being able to play online. There would be all sorts of clans, mercenaries, assasins, and nice german redheads too! |

Multiplayer would be nice...but not a the expense of good single player tho...

Roleplay and good times = right out the window
