Nasty question.
I'd go for Mrs Lintra for starters, and not just for her good looks either. She is a bio geek, has extensive experience camping with minimal equipment, and is very entertaining.
My good friend Scott since he an MD, very good for conversation, exceedingly resouceful, and all around great guy.
The third would be what ever woman Scott would want to take along ... Not only would I hate to lose Mrs Lintra to him, but our tastes in women are very similar, so when things get really boring there is always the orgy option *grin*

Lintra, why just bring a female doctor.
Jennifer Anniston, Halle Berry, and J-Lo. You could postpone the rescue for another year.

If this was a "stuck for lifetime" type of question, the answer would definitely be different. Since it's only for a span of 2 years, and there will be copious amounts of food and water provided, I wont bother with any type of survivalist companions. I was a Boy Scout, I think I can manage whatever ancillary hardships arise.
I mulled this over all morning as I toiled away here at the Old Coal Mine, and I think the desert island sabbatical would be best spent with these 3 individuals.
Chuck Norris - Not the best actor, but a childhood hero of mine and martial arts master. 2 years of intense martial arts training with him would be a dream come true for me.
Ashley Judd - Physically, she is the cat's meow as far as I'm concerned. We would definitely be sharing a hut. Besides her obvious physical beauty, she's intelligent enough for more than pillow talk and a talented songstress as well. Gifted with a sweetly accented southern belle voice, I can safely assume her ballads would keep me quite happy and entertained "til the cows come home".
Sigfried & Roy's Groomer - Who is he or she? I dont know, but I would definitely request her expertise is keeping my fur and claws groomed & trimmed. This type of handsome does not come very easily you know!
