Go to docks. Stay by Lares at day. Look the same direction. In front is small island. There is a cave with Thieves Guild treasures. Key opens only chest that cannot be opened otherwise. |

Rather on right island - there is just one, near the wreckage. Try other side behind bushes - should be few lizards there. |
