There are many RPG with parties. Just a few examples:
From older:
- Ulima games up to U 7
- all goldbox games (Pool of Radiace (old), Krynn games etc.)
- lot of Japanese RPGs on NES/SNES emulators (Final Fantasy etc.)
- Betrayal at Krondor and its followers
- ....
From newer
- Baldur's Gate family
- Wizards and Warriors
- Pool of Radiance 2
- ...
Most of RPG games are party based - and in past other RPG games were just rare exceptions.

Off the top of my head, a few of the Ultima 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 7prt2 were. Bards Tale series were. All of the gold box games. Baldur's Gate series. I think Pool of Radiance 2 is. Dugeon Seige will be. Thats all I can think of, I am sure there are quite a few more.

I don't want to be fooled again, but it is starting to look like wiz8 is going to show up by the end of this year. |

The Suikoden games on the PS are excellent party games, since you have 101 charactors to choose from. |

Oh yeah, if youre looking for ultimate party RPG's, the Suikoden games cant be beat. The first one is definitely better than the second though =(

If u like Eye Of The Beholder play Dungeonmaster 1 the Grandfather of all 1st person party rpgs - it is still fun today.
the best party feeling gives the Jagged Alliance series.
i can also recommend Arcanum
Albion (an underrated game)
Evil Islands
Summoner
Septerra Core
Fallout 1 & 2

Daggerfall is hardly a party game, is it?
Bloodnet and The Challenge of the Five Realms are two nice party based games, based on a similar engine. Darklands is also a party based game. |
