Precursors: Interview @ FiringSquad

Deep Shadows' (Boiling Point) has spoken to FiringSquad about their space/action/RPG 'Precursors'. I don't know if we'll cover this title in the long run but it seems worth a look, especially if you liked what they tried to do with Boiling Point:
FiringSquad: How did the idea for Precursors come about?

Sergey Zabaryansky - I’m sure that many people on the planet dreamed about traveling the Galaxy, discovering the new worlds and adventures in space. We at Deep Shadows think this theme does receive such attention in the computer games industry as in the movies and sci-fi books. Not many games before were able to take a full advantage of the setting’s potential to recreate not just shooter side but adventure feeling of the sci-fi world. We’ve played lots of similar games from start to finish, and upon discovering their hollowness, we wanted to create something really great. In a quality game, the events should draw the player deeper into the process, making him relieve all the adventures. The game’s world should be well crafted, and the scenario must have a good deal of intrigue. Free travel through the Galaxy from one star system to the other, landing on the exotic planets and doing there anything you like, isn’t this an enticing prospect?

Sounds like one to keep an eye on to me, especially as the Dot seems to be covering Bioshock and Dark Messiah (not that I'm complaining: they're probably the only two 'non-RPGs' I have much interest in).
