I dont remember the exact location but if you go out the east gate, and go left. It is somewhere around there, maybe up against the cliff.

you have to talk to zuris first ask him where constantino gather his herbs and he will tell you (the plants dont spawn before you talk to him)

In my FAQ about the add-on I've some maps where you can see where the plants are located.I think there's also a map where you can find the snapperweed.

go to the gate with the merchants and turn LEFT and you can find many useful plants, at least 1 is the snapperweed. also youl get that at the area the black troll is but dont go to close to the snappers or the troll. and youl find some at the penal colony, the place you went to in the first one.
