Training Dexterity Past 90??

Training Dexterity Past 90??

I am in Chapter 2 and find that Torlos won't train Dexterity past 90. Is this it for Dexterity training or am I missing somebody that will go above 90? Or have they hade it so that above 90 trainers are only available in later chapters? As I am playing an Archer character, this is important to know for planning. Thanks for the help.

You will meet your old friend Diego in the Walley of mines, he could teach you dex (until 100), but first you need to complete his quest in 3rd chapter.
