im stuck can u plz help me

i'm in chapter 5 and i took the paladind armor and consecrate my sword.
but i don't know what to do now.
somebody told me that i need to get a crew for seiling but i dont have any quest that told me that.
i went to the paladin boat and i success to enter but only gorn accept to come to the boat (i tried vatras, lee, bennet.. and they dont tell me anything about coming with me).
i think that i missed someting
can u tell me what to do?

did you go to xardas' tower and meet lester who gives you a letter from xardas that says you need to leave to the island? then you have to go to the monastary and find xardas' secret library in which is the map to the island and i think that is when you get the quest to go find a crew

U have to look the map that u get from monastery to get the mission started.

I assume that you have grabbed all the items on the table at the Secret Library.

Search your inventory for a map called "Sea Chart to Isle of Irdorath". Read it. The quest should then be triggered.
