Anyone know of any fan-sites that have mp3s of the music for DX1&2?
My version of GOTY(the Conspiracy) says it comes with a soundtrack cd, but there was none in the box. And none of the files are mp3s. I found 1 mp3 of the theme for PS2 version(orchestrated)...but I'd like to find music from the PC versions. _________________ Between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities…there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars…Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand…to tread the jeweled thrones of the Earth under his sandaled feet. - Robert E. You can get some freeware sound-recording tools that will basically record whatever your sound card is playing... I used one recently to rob some sound effects from IW for a uni project
I'm at work right now, but when I get home I'll see if I can find the name of the one I used. Oh wait... I just remembered you're playing IW on Xbox... anyway, it should work for DX1 on PC, if you have that.
I'd kick up a fuss about that missing CD if I were you. |

Yea, I have PC GOTY. no soundtrack cd in box though. This also happened to me on a Baldurs Gate PC game...the box claims you get a soundtrack cd and there is none in the box. Funny thing is that my pal runs the store...he ripped open 3 copies and NONE had a soundtrack cd. Yet some of my homies in the UK bought the same games and got soundtrack cds. - Robert E. Well thanks to the news posts here on rpgdot...eidos has made the soundtrack available for download on their web-site for Invisible War. Now if they would just do the same for GOTY:Conspiracy since they have faulty advertising on their boxes it would be nice.
