everybody is till welcome, the only thing is... it's not a very active group anymore... if you came some months ago, you'll be fine...
still, there are people posting, so sign up in the usergroup section (you can choose it in the menu at the top of the screen)

i think you should post that in the AOT, but i'll answer... 
it's not allowed actually, a signature can't have more than 5 lines, at least, that's what they told me...

I think that maximum picture size can be all together 3600 pixles.
That means around : 60x60 is max for signature. (It varies you can have 80x45 too. Just that it is 3600 pixles or less alltogether.)
