When I went into Gamestop yesterday to reserve my copy of Morrowind, the store clerk person had the release date of 4-30, PC Gamer had 4-03(which was what i was hopin for), either way the game is goin to kick some major @$$.

Yes, I was just going to post that in the new issue of PCGamer, the release date is 4-03. Now, I don't know how reliable those dates are, as I've never really followed a release date this closely..

But, if it DOES ship on 4/3...that's tomorrow, guys!!!

Well the official date for Morrowind is still May. And as far as anyone knows the game hasn't gone gold yet so the April 3rd date is just something PcGamer made up... like the rest of the sites just make up the release dates... People should know by now that unless it is on the official website that a release date means nothing and even then it has been pushed back for many games... Although I am highly confident about the May date set by BethSoft for Morrowind... but whether than means May 1 or May 31 is still up in the air and will be until the game goes gold.

Going in gold is when they set the code in stone and start burning the CD's ready to ship.

Yes, Morrowind will not be released in April. Even my local software dealer tells me he might have Morrowind in by the end of the week *g* - he doesn't believe me. Dig that.

Maybe PC Gamer just typo'd the 4-30 release date and that's how they came up with 4-03. It could be y'know.

Elderscrolls still says May though, so I don't expect it before then. Remember, right now it's still vaporware.

Hey the The Sims is cool. Where else can you have Martha Stewart, Courtney Love and Xena all interact in the same game? lol Gotta love those custom character skin downloads.

I bet the Sims online will be real popular. Eeek, another online game from Electronic Arts! Guards! Come quickly!

*poof*

BAH!

Even if the official site says 4-30, it dont mean morrowind is coming out then, i remember not to lonmg ago the game was coming out 3-01. On the official site, but thats a bunch of shit as they always push hyped up games back over and over again

Face it, Morrowind WILL be another Team Fortress 2 (A game that was supposed to be out like 3 years ago, but they pushed it bakc week by week, then month by monteh untill now its due out in like 2004)
