Do you think I have a Gothic problem?

I'm your typical single language american playing the german demo.....

I get a dialog box, print screen, windows button to get to the desktop, save the image, translate the text online, and return to the game to make my choice............Do I need immediate counselling??

I've just been avoiding contact with NPCs, so yes, you are certifiable IMO
