I forget the NVidia spec, but I read the ATI recommended (really, minimum recommended!!!) somewhere as a 9800Pro w/ 256MG memory. The key being memory size because of the huge number of hi res textures used in the game.
I have a 9800Pro 128MG and I plan to upgrade to a 7800GS (Nvidia) when the AGP variant becomes avaliable next month. An ATI x800 Pro or a NVidia 6800GS should do it though. Both are pretty fast and 256MG. A 7800GS with 256MG will be the fastest (and last) high end AGP card on the market. _________________ "For Innos!" |

Nope, just the emperor. But for the most part, the other voice acting is above average to good. _________________ Rendelius

Hi Guys,
I assume most people here played Gothic.
My quesion is the new ES any good in interaction with NPC.
played Gothic and was blow away by it near life NPC reaction. and when compare to the last ES game. THe NPC is always there day and night, and no one the city even move.
I found that very disappointed.
IS the this new ES address that issue?
Anyone plyed the game please comment on that.
Appreciated. |

Yeah the NPCs are considerably better this time around. They aren't nearly as colorful as in Gothic 2, but they do seem like people with personalities, although mostly not loaded with dialog, yet not like the walking browsers in Morrowind. Edit: and they have schedules and some even seem to travel large distances. _________________ Mashed Buddha Symphonic and Improvised Electronica |
