Getting over the orc’s palisade

Is there a way to get over the orc's wooden barricade in the old world? I was looking foward to exploring the old swamp camp but it appears to be impossible to get there.

also i'm up to chapter 6 - does anyone know how many episodes are there are in g2?

The only way to get over the palisade is cheat.

only six chapters?? i've nearly finished the game then! darn!! it seems very short compard to gothic 1 or maybe i'm just getting better at gothics!

Gothic 1 is still my fave - it had an edgier atmoshpere imo
