The merchant/water mage Cronos is selling it when he is in Jharkendar.
When you have talked to him without buying anything, he is probably carrying it on his back. Merchants always take the strongest weapon from their inventory to wield. You can do two things in that case:
1. Sell him a better weapon.
2. Possess him with the help of the MARVIN-mode and "unwield" the weapon so it's back in his inventory. _________________ "Who are we to call this planet Earth, when it's clearly Ocean." -- News Editor of GothicDot --

Any weapon which deals more than 75 dmg will suffice. _________________ The focused mind can pierce through stone

Except that it has a very low str requirement and a high reach. It's the the best 2H available until you have over 100 str as far as I can see.

I meant that any weapon dealing more than 75 dmg (palandin's two hander for example) should be enough for Cronos so that his typhoon can be purchased again from his stock. Its same problem with martin. If you don't buy his master sword first time he will equip it.
It is quite annoying. Only way to solve this problem is either sell a more powerfull weapon or use marvin mode. _________________ The focused mind can pierce through stone
